OSB, MW, 100 mm cavity, rep 3
Oriented Strand Board (OSB)
Description
This experiment is on a system consisting of an Oriented Strand Board (OSB) cladding panel and a Mineral Wool (MW) insulation panel, separated with a cavity of 100 mm width. It is the third repetition of this system configuration.
Experiment Notes
At approximately 7 minutes the OSB panel began to touch the insulation panel, affecting the mass measurements. At approximately 10 minutes the OSB panel began to collapse, causing a sudden change in the mass measurements as debris fell into the debris tray, onto both load cells, or off the entire assembly.
