ACM A2, PIR, rep 1
Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) A2
Description
This experiment is on a system consisting of an Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) A2 cladding panel and a Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam insulation panel, separated with a cavity of 50 mm width. It is the first repetition of this system configuration.
Experiment Notes
At approximately 6 minutes some of the core material fell out of the ACM A2 panel, causing a sudden change in the mass measurements as debris fell into the debris tray. At approximately 16 minutes the ACM A2 panel began to touch the insulation panel, affecting the mass measurements.
