ACM PE, MW, rep 1
Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) PE
Description
This experiment is on a system consisting of an Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) PE cladding panel and a Mineral Wool (MW) insulation panel, separated with a cavity of 50 mm width. It is the first repetition of this system configuration.
Experiment Notes
At approximately 1 minute the PE core began to drip from the ACM panel, and continued to burn within the debris tray. At approximately 5 minutes, smoking droplets were observed coming out from the sides of the ACM PE panel.
